Sept. 17, 2019 - The Seminole County Sheriff's Office (SCSO) is asking the public for help locating a missing and endangered 82-year David Roger Weaver, of Casselberry. The friend told deputies he spoke to Mr. Weaver via phone this morning, and he sounded disoriented. Mr. Weaver said he was driving around in his vehicle and was lost.
