June 17, 2018- Seminole County Sheriff's investigators arrested Casey Dyan Keller, 33, of Sanford, and charged her with child neglect with great bodily harm. Oviedo Homeowner Shoots Intruder

June 13, 2018**Update #2 Thursday afternoon, Seminole County investigators arrested and charged 32-year-old Luis Lopez Ruiz (9-5-85) of Orlando, with felony murder and burglary in connection with the burglary and fatal shooting. Ruiz drove the getaway vehicle to and from the scene. He was booked in to the John E. Polk Correctional Facility. Investigators have impounded the vehicle. ***Update: Investigators have arrested and charged 23-year-old Karl Makarowski Rodriguez with Burglary and Felony Murder***The Seminole County Office is investigating an incident in which a homeowner shot and wounded an intruder who was breaking into her residence early Monday afternoon.
